Request for Additional Fields in Mail Creation

Hi Yeeflow Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’d like to request the ability to select more fields related to the applicant or submitter during the mail creation process. Currently, the options provided are a bit limited, and we often need to use variables to include essential information such as mobile number or role.

It would be incredibly helpful if you could add more fields. Specifically, I’d need the following to be added: EmployeeNo, Photo, JobTitle, and Mobile.

We are considering the enhancement of email editor for future updates. This won’t be available in the immediate releases as it requires significant development time.
