Hello Yeeflow Community!

We wanted to gather all of May’s product updates in one place, to make sure we keep you in the loop.

Here is a list of changes, big and small, that we introduced in May:

  • Add the new “My requests” function under My Items to allow users to check all the submitted requests in one place.
  • Search records under My Items with keywords:
    • Search pending/claim/completed tasks with keywords included in any columns of the task lists.
    • Search my request with keywords included in any columns of the task lists.
    • Search drafts of approval forms in each form.
  • Add request title column in My Request List. The request title is configurable field which allows you to include key info of an approval form. Like “Payment request” from with amount " etc.
  • We officially launched the new Yeeflow logo.
  • Multiple approval support for Pending Tasks. You can select multiple items in the pending tasks list, and “approve/reject” with just one click.
  • We are happy to announce that both our mobile iOS and Android users have the new logo and UI enhancement!
