I’d like to suggest an improvement for the “Applicant Info” and “User” selection controls. While the current dynamic search and filters work well, there is no option to apply pre-filters to narrow down the user list before it is displayed. Using the “Delegation” feature is handy, but it shows too many users in many cases, and a pre filtering could improve the process.
In cases with large user bases, having a pre-filter based on specific conditions (e.g., department, role, or team) would significantly streamline the selection process. This would reduce the list size from the start and make it more efficient and user-friendly, especially in workflows with extensive teams.
Thank you for considering this enhancement. It would greatly improve usability for teams handling large user groups.
