Help Needed - Unable to Export Application Due to Storage Limit Exceeded

Hi Yeeflow community,

I’m currently facing an issue with my Yeeflow trial environment. Due to a misconfiguration in one of my application’s workflows, it generated tens of thousands of workflow instances, which was believed to cause the environment to exceed its total storage capacity (40), preventing me from exporting any applications.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Deleted unnecessary applications
  • Deleted uploaded files
  • Removed all workflow instances
  • Deleted the problematic application

After these actions, the storage usage only dropped from 123.48 GB to 118.54 GB.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to further reduce storage usage or resolve this problem?

After the file is deleted, the system storage will be gradually released periodically. We also found that the delay time for the scheduled cleaning task is too long. We will modify the logic later to release the space immediately when deleting.

Could you let me know approximately how much space will be freed up periodically? A rough estimate is fine. That way, I can determine how many days it will take before I can export.
