Case while user want to process the pending tasks in a batch once a week, he/she want an indicator to know those items are checked or not which will help the operation run smoothly.
If it possible to make a Wishlist item having a Read / Unread indicator on Pending Tasks page.
The indicator will show item read once user click into detail of the pending item.
