It allow to setup the full text search in the collection control. But, for the look up field, it search based on the table ID of the source data list instead of searching the ‘Display Field’ value. So, it cannot search by keyword on the this field.

It’s clear now that while the full text search setup in the collection control is useful, the limitation with the lookup field searching by table ID rather than the ‘Display Field’ value can be a bit restrictive. It would indeed be more efficient if it could support keyword searches on the display field.
