New: Attachments in email notification

We’re excited to share something new which has been just launched - the ability to include the attachments on an email notification.

In the workflow designer, if you are using the Assignment Task / Claim Task action, you can active the email notification from the property settings panel → More settings → and Enable email:

In the email info settings, you can now see the new “Attachment”, where allows you to select the attachment/documents fields included in your form.

You will see the new “attachment” option in the “Send Email” action properties as well:

If you configured the related fields in this attachment option, when the email notification is triggered. The email receipts will see the related documents as an attachment in their mailbox.

Please be noted: the total maximum attachment size is currently limited to: 10MB.
