I am facing an issue with the “Generate Documents” action in Yeeflow. I uploaded a .docx file as a template, but I cannot open it after uploading. I get an error message with “Error code: -25” (see the attached image).
However, when I convert the same file to a
.pdf, I can open and view it without any issues .
Could you help me understand why the .docx file cannot be opened? Is there a specific format or setting required for template files in Yeeflow?
