How to update the datalist thru a unique value field?

Hi Yeeflow,

How can I use my fields to update my records, besides export records with field “ID”?

I usually update my device status records from excel file( about 4000 Items), the field “Device Name” is the unique value, I want thru this field update my device status in yeeflow.

Hi Johnny, sorry, that the data ID is the key field to update existing data. An idea is you can export list data to excel with data ID and then use a vLookup function to sync the device status from your existing excel by the unique Device Name.
