# How to transfer a generated PDF document from Approval Form1 to Approval Form2 in Yeeflow?

Hello, Yeeflow Community,  
I’m facing an issue with Yeeflow. After clicking the ‘Approval’ button in **Approval Form1** , I use the **Generate Documents** action to create a PDF file from all the data. My goal is to send this generated PDF document to **Approval Form2**. How can I achieve this? Are there any workflow steps that I should use?

Hi @Endo, if you want to trigger a new submission of Approval Form2, please use the “Start worflow” action in workflow.

Or, if you want to send the generated document to a submitted Approval Form2, please use the “Set variables” action.

I want to input data into Form1 and have it generate a document that will be submitted to Form2. I tried using the ‘Set Variable’ action, but the file doesn’t appear. Did I do something wrong? This is Form1 Workflow.
