# Bulk Approval Processing from the pending tasks

To make life easier for the final approvers of workflow requests, we have introduced a Bulk Approval function.

If an approver access the pending tasks list under My Items, then they will see the checkbox ahead of each task as shown below.

You can then select the items that you want to approve or reject, and click the “Approve all” or “Reject all” button at the top-right:

P.S. the bulk approval function is also affect to tasks with the type of “approval task”, the “complete task” will show the checkbox as read-only, and cannot be selected!
