# Approval Form - KYC/KYP Workflow - Assignment Task - "Automatically approve" option

I created an approval form where any area in my company can request a partner verification. To make that verification my area and the legal area must recieve some specific documents. When we don’t, we need to send a form update to the submitter. To make sending the request back to the starter/submitter possible I had to put as a first Assignment Task a confirmation, where the submitter has to double check what he sent. That way I can designate the case through a boolean trigger to the first Assignment Task assignee, that is the submitter. I am afraid that I cannot use the “automatically approving” option because when it’s me sending the form to the submitter I need him to put more info there. My question is, how can I send it back to the submitter skipping this double check that I created?
